I’ve been trying to catch up on cleaning and avoid rage bait/doomscrolling but I am not managing to pull myself out of a vicious depression hole. Failing at life and failing at art. I just want to move out of where I am but that seems hopeless. Also feeling vulnerable because I managed to crack my head quite hard a few days ago, and pretty sure I have a concussion. I’ve mentioned it to my Dr during a visit a few days ago but haven’t really had it checked out. Hoping it will pass if I take it easy. I really don’t want to have to go to hospital.

Noooo :( please go get your head checked out if you can, and rest up or the concussion will force you to.

Also you’re not failing at life!! We could all be doing more, but this is everyone’s first time living. If you wouldn’t beat one of us up about it, don’t beat yourself up.

  I would if there was a walk in option. Perhaps I’ll call the after hours doctor (which I should have sooner)

  My local hospital makes you wait 9-14 hours just for a bag of iv fluid, nobody’s available right now to be with Melbcat, and the last time I went I felt really unsafe from another patient.
  
  I told my gp who didn’t seem too concerned but I’m keeping an eye on it.
