  You hope it flops because of a few assets stolen from an artist.

  I hope it fails for parading around the dead corpse of the Marathon IP with really bad makeup and the limbs sewn on in the wrong places.

  Same. I had hope originally because I’m a huge halo fan .. but this is not the same Bungie that made halo CE – reach

    This should have been an actual marathon sequel. Not some live service trash that’s gonna be forgotten about in a year or 2 at absolute best

      Sony doesn’t want a single player or even co-op sequel to an old Macintosh shooter though, they want live service money.

        If I remember correctly they had some unannounced competitive FPS in the works before Sony bought them and that project most likely was Marathon. I don’t think this has anything to do with what Sony wants and Bungie themselves decided to go down this route.
