      The Canadian French keyboard layout has é where / and ? would be on an ANSI keyboard. It’s actually a very common typo for English speakers using that keyboard layout (more commonly capitalized like downÉ since ? requires Shift). What’s your setup?

        Yeah, the period ‘.’ is right next to ‘é’ on the Canadian French keyboard. I must’ve hit that key instead of the period.
