I played the beta weekends. I can assure you anything fun will be nerfed, because all the fun stuff was what the sweaty basement boys were complaining about the most. You’re not going to miss out on much of the final product.

I played it too and I 100% agree. However, I feel like it’s always a good thing to keep in mind is that the best time to play an online shooter is when it first comes out. That way you get to at least have fun before all the casual people move on to other games and the sweaty people are the only ones left. My friends convinced me to try Fortnite just a couple years ago and all that happened was I got stomped every match and was like “this is fun for you guys?” I’ve been playing Overwatch since release and it’s basically impossible to get a match I’d consider “fun,” so to speak. I just wanted to get in on the fun for Battlefield before it turned into all sweats. Now I’d prefer to just avoid it all together.

As an enthusiastic but inept gamer with overactive sweat glands, I object to being lumped in with the overcompetitive fun killers! 😁
Tbf though, I don’t even play shooters in the first place. Unless you (wrongly) count the modern Fallout games, like some do.
