Yeah! Itâs good because it keeps the pressure off your knees.
Also consider tai chi or qi gong warmups with a high stance

Ok Iâve just done this routine and Iâm hooked! It feels so beautiful to let the body flow like that!

Ok so I just decided, âbugger it, Iâll do the chair yoga one now while the kids are still in bed,â and I found it really good and not too stressful. Very hard to put ankle on knee and stretch the leg because stiffness, but Iâll get there. Thanks for the recommendation!
