Yeah! Itās good because it keeps the pressure off your knees.
Also consider tai chi or qi gong warmups with a high stance

Ok Iāve just done this routine and Iām hooked! It feels so beautiful to let the body flow like that!

Ok so I just decided, ābugger it, Iāll do the chair yoga one now while the kids are still in bed,ā and I found it really good and not too stressful. Very hard to put ankle on knee and stretch the leg because stiffness, but Iāll get there. Thanks for the recommendation!
