Why does sitting on a bus for an hour make me so exhausted? Is it the air? Or would I have been exhausted anyway?

I havenât been on a flight longer than four hours before, but I tend to feel sort of energised when I get to the destination.

Yeah, thatâd definitely do it. The times Iâve been stressed out on long PT trips (excluding delays, bad weather, external factors), itâs often been because of the others on the bus or train and my own often subconscious tension/discomfort
