I might have to try that sometime with my rice cooker though recently I got the water ratio wrong.
Do you use the same amount of coconut milk as you would water?

Yeah the same amount of liquid, I had enough to fill the amount I was cooking. But light is watered down, regular I’d use maybe 1/3 water.
