Pet rats aren’t dirty.
Butts are only dirty before the enema, after that it’s bearable. Still not recommended for the immunodefficiant, but otherwise a healthy human can deal with what they can get from booty licking, others probably should use a dental dam at minimum.
thank you for not calling it an “oral condom”, it’s such a stupid term that makes one envision a tube going down the throat…
