Yeah fair enough. CBD worked well for one of my friends but itâs not for everyone. For me a combination of exercise, meditation and reading before bed has helped. Hopefully you find a solution.

I donât want to be one of those people, but have you tried sleep restriction? Iâm not sure if itâs cognitive or biological or a mix of both in your case, but what about CBT-I?

Iâm pretty sure itâs because of my anti depressant. But I canât mess around with it for another few weeks due to all the other stuff thatâs happening.
Iâve got a referal to a sleep clinic which Iâll attend next week.
But cheers for the suggestion, Iâll look into it :)
