      I don’t want to be one of those people, but have you tried sleep restriction? I’m not sure if it’s cognitive or biological or a mix of both in your case, but what about CBT-I?

        I’m pretty sure it’s because of my anti depressant. But I can’t mess around with it for another few weeks due to all the other stuff that’s happening.

        I’ve got a referal to a sleep clinic which I’ll attend next week.

        But cheers for the suggestion, I’ll look into it :)

      Yeah fair enough. CBD worked well for one of my friends but it’s not for everyone. For me a combination of exercise, meditation and reading before bed has helped. Hopefully you find a solution.

    I get around 7. But I’m in bed for 10 which really sucks.
