Have you looked into āweekend migrainesā? It can be the change in routine or change in stress levels thatās the trigger. There might be something you can identify and change.

Iām getting tired of these wasted weekends where Iām laid up trying desperately to either deal with a migraine or avoid causing one.
Work gets the best of me. And Iām left doing nothing on the weekend.
Canāt play guitar or drums because that causes a flair up. Itās literally all I want to do.
I fucking hate this.

I used to get a few myotherapy clients with migraine issues. I helped more than I didnāt by working on their necks.

I see a sports physio when it flares up and I canāt get rid of it myself.
Problem is they arenāt open weekends, and what happens is Iāll be fine Friday night and then Saturday morning my shoulder hitches up and pitches forward. Thats the trigger
