Comment on Update to last week's BestBuy Shenanigan. They refused to refund me after not delivering me the stuff I ordered after a so-called "investigation".

  This is actually where Twitter was good. I would always get a better response with a public @ mention to the company on Twitter.

    I had a similar experience with Reddit and ENGWE after their faulty front fender broke my fucking arm.
