  Let the migrant labor let them know, they’ll keep the farm going while they’re out for an extra 10% for the month.

      Depends where you are and what you’re farming. Planting(in the spring) and harvesting(in the fall) are usually the most intensive parts of the year for farm work so actually a lot of times summer is slower for farm work (relative to spring and fall)
