You have a lot of understanding and compassion for your parents, especially your father. It’s hard to see how hurtful and unhelpful parents can be when you still live with them. But I don’t agree with how you father communicates his concerns.

I would encourage you to explore options on leaving that house, it honestly doesn’t sound like being there is helping you at all. Re-read what you wrote and pretend you were talking about your close friend or daughter - you’d tell them to get out.
