  Europe does not care about american politics as much as americans like to think we do. Not everyone associates trump with nazi instantly. I do not want to attribute to being a nazi something that can be explained by willingness to make an extremely crass joke.

    He is rounding up people of a particular color using a paramilitary masked police force and without a trial sending them to a prison in another country that, for years, has been reported on as torturing and killing its prisoners

        My comment was meant to be informative to that end. I read (or maybe misread) your comment as implying that Americans are overreacting by calling him a Nazi, while I think it an apt comparison and that they are literally and intentionally using the Nazi playbook every step of the way.

    That’s not true in my experience. General rule of thumb in the places I’ve lived and visited seems to be everyone cares about their own politics and American politics.

    Everyone disagrees with you.

    We all can pick out a nazi immediately, and we all immediately either aggressively make them leave, or we leave and never come back.

    You don’t do that. Because you’re tolerant of nazis. Not only that, you are willing to hang out with them. Not only that… you’re willing to try to put down others because they don’t want to be around nazis, and call out nazis when they see them.

    There’s a small possibility that you’re not a nazi, you’re just giving nazis the benefit of the doubt. Which is still supporting nazis. Which is not classy at all. You sound like nazi trash.
