Rodneyck@lemm.ee 3 days agoThis is completely untrue. The workers did not have a choice on any of the demands (hence reason for striking) or the settlement. They had no choice. To me, that is not a good job. You sound like a neo-liberal.

Look I’m not a Biden fan, I think there’s plenty to criticize him for and I would vastly prefer Bernie for president. But critiquing him on this when he got the workers what they wanted while also avoiding a strike which would have negative impacts both to workers and other people sounds like a win win to me and exactly what the president should be doing. Yeah I definitely think going the route of not allowing them to strike is definitely not the best but he did follow through to get them what they wanted. Strikes should be a last resort if a company won’t give the workers what they want and if the president can step in and get them what they want without a strike that’s generally a good thing.
