Oh god remind me of a funny story of when I met a friends cousin who had just gotten outta prison for murder and I was staying at his house. The vibes were odd.
My friends dad and uncle were both cops in the area.
The guy had killed a dude from a family they had issues with. Something about land I think, dont remember.
Luckily the guy was intimidated by me. Went and played cricket with him later, he scared a kid and I had to step in again.

According to this article, non-violent protests are even more effective than violent ones. Mobilise 3.5% of the population at once and you’re free. If any Americans try it, let me know how it goes.

Yeah the numbers need edit for actually meaningful and instant change are much lower than people think.
Not everyone needs to stand up. Not even one in ten have to. 3-4 people out of a hundred is enough.
And at any given time 3-4/100 are definitely up for violent revolution. And we don’t need a violent one. All we need is properly coordination. But for that, we need to accept others.
Which is why pretty much all media can do is FUD. Fear, uncertainty, doubt.
Apathy is the greatest tool of the oppressor.

Exactly. FUD is what the opposition use to keep the revolution from happening, to prevent those who want to see change from believing it will work.
And as for accepting others, that’s another big hurdle to overcome. People need to put aside their differences to work towards a common goal, and for that there needs to be organised energetic leadership. Something else that the opposition tries to prevent.

Honestly I just think it needs a fair bit of MDMA and it’ll be fine.
