Could you just take their money and lie to them or do they need to watch or something?

Just curious but how would these kind of people respond if you just reframed the semantics a little?
“Virginity test? I am not aware we have any of those?”
“Oh that kind of test? Those were found to be unreliable and have since been banned.”
“Even if i did perform it, which would be illegal. you still wouldn’t actually know. At best you have false of security, at worst”…. Oh Idk how to write this part without sounding condescending…. Daughter will need therapy.

They don’t trust you to tell the truth, why would they come to you for the results of a test?

Confirmation bias. If they told them what they wanted to hear, they would have believed every word

Why do people ask for me to fix their computer issues, only to ignore me or tell me I’m wrong when I give them the solution? Yet it happens every day. People are weird, man.

Because they only want validation

How about, “For $500 I’ll perform the exam, and for an extra $1000 I’ll guarantee she passes. Because clearly this is all transactional to you, there’s no need to bring truth into it.”

“If my daughter’s skin flap is split, this old book says to throw rocks at her until her skull caves in.”
“Idk how to avoid sounding condescending.”
Maybe we shouldn’t avoid it.
