They stuffed up the OHs scripts yesterday. Same name, very different address. Didn’t notice till we got home, but it does make you query the efficacy and safety of their systems.

It is a stuff up, but same name is pretty uncommon, and there’s some level of due diligence on your part to check the medication at the store.

  The medication is right. The address on the repeat scripts is wrong, but it’s eight on the initial prescription.
