My psychologist, psychiatrist and someone in my personal life who is not a friend or family member all think I have autism. None of them know each other, and have just told me that coincidentally at the same time. Unfortunately, it would explain a lot. I didnât even think of it until they said it.

Based on the questionnaires I filled out, it seems likely, but I havenât been through the formal diagnostic process.
