IIRC it was a fiasco medical report made by a corrupt doctor or a completed fake one in his first run for president.
I’ll have you know that Hollywood Upstairs Medical College is a perfectly cromulent educational institution*.
Except where prohibited by law from making claims of being educational, an institution or upstairs.
