RustyRaven@aussie.zone 4 days agoIt might just be location. I’m learning the “poor” areas just by comparing rental prices. But I’d personally rather have an older house with a bit of yard space in a run down area than one of the cookie-cutter grey townhouses that comprise about 80% of the market. They are just not my style.

the disused petrochemical facilities are about 2 km from where I live
I can’t see them and there is no pollution or smell but I know they are there .
is that any worse than densely populated urban areas with lots of noise and car pollution?
