useless_modern_god@aussie.zone 1 week agoI want MissGod in the driver’s seat asap and it’s gonna be in a couple months but, I’m reticent to let her drive mine. I guess I just gotta let go at some point.

This is the situation: I have a manual Corolla which she likes but can’t drive. He has a auto Camry which she practices in but hates. So I was willing to sacrifice my car so she could have one.
But…
The man doesn’t want to give mine up because it has only done 120k’s and it’s a good car in good condition. What he wants to do is run his into the ground then take mine. I’m like “ok” because I really don’t care as long as I can go about my business occasionally and the kid gets a car to drive me to the pub when she gets her licence.

Camry does rock. Not so great for petite women.

Sounds like a good plan.

At the end of the day you gotta let go so your kids can experience life.
