  There’s always some nutbag who can’t mind their own business and has to touch things that aren’t theirs…

  Can’t believe I didn’t remember this before. I think Klever Cages might have gone under now but they had enclosures you could snap together out of pipes and there was the option to add a waterproof partial cover.

  A few of the specialised connectors (door hinge etc) could be tricky to find but for an open shelter it can be done with pipes and connectors from Bunnings plus a tarp. You could even make the waterproofing full length and in an inconspicuous colour.

  Perhaps that would hide the food bowl from her and offer the cats protection from the rain.
