Dasus@lemmy.world 1 month agoAnd more than likely most of us here are using thinking stones powered by electricity created by very large machines far away eating organisms for fuel. Not to mention heating, but not everyone lives where there’s only two seasons; winter and July. (Actually I pay extra to have a 100% renewables contract I think but idk how well those work.)

“Carbon-neutral” isn’t synonymous with coming from renewables.
But my point was rather a rhetorical one on a global level
