  Sometimes I’d spank the patch a little during cravings, it’ll increase blood flow to the area (more nic absorbed) and it gives you something to do with your hands. The itch is normal.

      yah, but you might also find you don’t need as strong a patch as you suspect, so if you get a bit wiggles then play around

  You got this 💪 I know it was mentioned the other day but just to reiterate, leaving it on overnight can cause extra dreaming, lighter sleep. I would always take mine off before I slept but then nice cravings would come back if I didn’t fall asleep fast enough 😭
