Poor lady for being imprisoned like this … but it should be a warning to everyone travelling to / from / or through the US. If you are even wondering about anything unusual or different about your documentation / VISA / permits or whatever … avoid going anywhere near the US. There is so much crap happening down there now that if you end up getting stuck in their system for something small, you might end up getting stuck there for days, weeks, months or years.
