  I found it, it’s hololive advent, gen 3 of hololive’s EN vtubers. Fuwamoco from this generation won vtubers of the year so they’re pretty popular at the moment.

  I can see Biboo, Shiori and Nerissa, so it must be Hololive merch. Maybe it says “Holo Advent”, Advent is the name of the group those three are in.
