I don’t think it is. Look at the second slice from the top. There’s a hole on the left edge. If it was folded, I would expect to see a layer between the hole and the third slice. If it is folded, every fold is so perfect that there is no overhang on any edge. You cannot possibly fold irregularly shaped ham slices with that perfectly.
