  Did Hamas provide trials for the hostages for the specific crimes they were accused of? No, they just took them. Even if it is a sham trial there is a difference between a hostage and a prisoner.

      Do you really believe this? They absolutely hold trials. Im not promising you they are all legitimate but they hold trials. Hamas kidnapped people. There is a difference.

      Which is simply not true. Israel tries the people it seizes/kidnaps/arrests whereas Hamas does not. Im not promising you that all the trials are legitimate but they happen. Israel is theoretically a aociety under rule of law.
