It looks like you’re looking up a wiki page for items. My experience is that usually – with the exception of a very few games that set their own up – the best game wiki is on fandom.com.

Fandom is garbage and if you make the mistake of using in on mobile is borderline unusable because of ads.

Some wikis are independent or in a wiki farm that allows a high degree of customization like mirahaze and skywiki.
