CEOofmyhouse56@aussie.zone 1 week agoOk. Let me explain. It has a biscuit base like a cheese cake. The middle is like a panna cotta (like a really really weak custard made with condensed milk) and jelly on top. When it’s done really well, it beats all the rest because it’s not sickly sweet.

The panna cotta doesn’t really agree with me.
I don’t like cheesecakes so lamington it is!
I also don’t particularly like cheesecake. Bit then there is Roman cheesecake wich is more a whole baked ricotta as MF is fantastic, but a once a decade sort of thing
