Finally home after a long day. My first meeting with new manager postponed until after my more srs meeting re: probation tmrw. Had Ethiopian for the first time in… Ever? Or a very long time. My god it was the best meal I’d had in ages. A bit like indian curries but more vibrant and fresh, less rich. Served on/with a special bread made from a fermented wheat-adjacent crop. Blown away.
