No longer an assumption - from itch themselves: itch.io/updates/update-on-nsfw-content

It’s patently bizarre how a company whose only purpose is transferring money from account A to B can then arbitrarily decide what people are allowed to buy and sell. It’s one thing to refuse to be an acceptable payment method for NSFW games, but to forbid the store from selling them at all? That’s just megalomania, and a great pointer to why monopolies (and duopolies) are A Bad Thing™

For sparkling, it’s commonly referred to as “homeopathic lager” among colleagues - i.e. without any active ingredients.

Been enjoying Aloft, a pretty cozy exploration/survival game about restoring the environment of various floating islands.
Also started working my way through Disco Elysium.

Been enjoying a Logitech MX Master 3S myself, it’s definitely a nice mouse to handle, but it’s also not something that could be called particularly small.

I assume both the $20 and $25 prices were during alpha/early access. Was thinking entirely of release pricing.
- Comment on Factorio Friday Facts #418 - Space Age release date 1 year ago:
Completely blanked on early access pricing, so yes, if you bought it before release then it was likely cheaper still.
- Comment on Factorio Friday Facts #418 - Space Age release date 1 year ago:
That is true, I didn’t even think of early access.
- Comment on Factorio Friday Facts #418 - Space Age release date 1 year ago:
It’s reasonably easy to guess exactly what you paid for the game, since the only change in price since launch was a $5 bump in January last year. It’s never been on sale.

It releases while I’m on the way back home from a trip to Manchester, might have to bring my Deck so I can play on the flight/train.

Going to be really amazing to play Factorio again without knowing how to solve everything.

I think the only project I’ve seen so far where I’ve felt that a blockchain has actually been the correct choice is Alfis, which is a decentralized DNS that uses the blockchain as the public append-only ledger that it is, and it uses proof-of-work to add arbitrary costs to updates - to make spamming or namesquatting expensive.
