- Comment on Microsoft's OpenAI losses hidden as part of $4.7 billion 'other' expense — stake in AI company still doesn't turn a profit as companies grapple with ongoing contract negotiation 6 days ago:
They clearly don’t know what to do with all the LLM money.
There’s a copilot button in notepad FFS.
Is nothing sacred?
Can I just dump text somewhere? Peak “nobody asked for this” and I sure as shit won’t pay for it.

HACKED.

Oh OK. I’m saying you don’t gey much from this because it really doesn’t look much different from what you can play today.
To be fair, it’s not like I’ve seen everything the remaster has to offer, but they’re making a big announcement and showing things off like it’s a big deal, but first impression is that it isn’t.
Deus Ex GOTY edition has been on GoG and Steam for a while, and some folks have touched those up with mods or releases like Deus Ex Revision that I think are worth checking out.
To be clear it’s not hate I’m trying to get across, it’s “so what? I don’t see why I should pay money for this.”

I’m sorry, I genuinely don’t understand what you’re saying.
I agree the graphics and even the gameplay aren’t amazing, but it’s the story and world building that make this game a classic.
If you’re excited about the remake, that’s cool with me, I think it’s a game everyone should try.

You don’t play OG deus ex for the graphics or… Combat tbh, but this seems like a half ass coat of paint instead of anything of real substance. You can already play Deus ex on modern hardware so I don’t know what you’re really getting here.

I’m further insulted by the fact this person got such a platform to spout off absolute trash.

I’m not good at tag fighters but I do like fighting games.
- Comment on The Star Wars Outlaws flop - Guillemot blames waning interest in the franchise 3 months ago:
You’re right, base game. Then the gold edition was $110 and had the season pass in it. I think I felt like $70 when they were saying there was gonna be at least $40 more of content was something you should just wait for.
That and I think it uses ubisofts launcher still was the no.
- Comment on The Star Wars Outlaws flop - Guillemot blames waning interest in the franchise 3 months ago:
I think the turnoff for me was they wanted like $90 or something. No thanks.

Everyone’s experience is different, I will say that nobody has checked me and I have a job that usually requires it. My degrees are in a box somewhere, I haven’t pulled the out in a while, just a reminder of the money I had to spend.

- Comment on Jamie Dimon popped off at the 1,200+ JPMorgan employees fighting against full-time RTO: 'I don’t care how many people sign that petition' 8 months ago:
Yeah, a lot of this RTO business is some misguided perception that the wealthy work the hardest, and are thusly disproportionately compensated. They don’t realize how hard everyone around them needs to work to keep things moving and give them their lifestyle.
The workplace can feel like a prison for most workers trying to do their job, even if it’s what they like to do. For these CEOs and people at the top, it’s a space they built for themselves, of course they want to go to the office.

- Comment on The $900 Ayaneo 3 is the most exciting PC handheld the company’s yet made 9 months ago:
IMO a device like this should be portable first, and that means a reasonable battery life, and generally a system trying to do more with less. Also $900-$1500 is a deal breaker for a lot of people.

The steam deck makes an awesome platform target for PC game devs. You know what to expect and what your best “minimum” experience should be.
- Comment on PS5 Pro is struggling to improve some games, despite its power advantage 11 months ago:
Silent Hill 2 is a strange beast, you can tell it runs horribly. I’m sure a cracker or something is figuring it out.
Don’t buy the Ps5 pro though, there’s no point.

- Comment on Tencent collaborated with Snoop Dogg for Fortnite, officially adding the 'C-Walk' as a dance, a notorious gang sign for the Crips. 11 months ago:
I see OP in their comment history uses “tyres” so they’re probably not from the US.
C-Walking has been a prominent fad in the US, more so in the early 2000s than recently, but most people are familiar with it.
I don’t understand the context of this post, but there’s not much here of note if you grew up in the US and made it past late teenager.
At this point, Snoop is inevitable.

This dude used to point out legit game quality issues, but I’m not sold on “the game isn’t horny anymore”. I dont really give a shit about that.
That and the RE4 remaster was genuinely good. Starting to feel like an edge lord.
