This guy thinks he doesn’t need to try.
- Comment on Anon makes weed eggs 2 days ago:
The overuse of the word shit made me take a second to realise you meant actual shit and you weren’t saying that your oven and house in general will somehow start smelling more weed-like after a 24 hour period post bake.
- Comment on Uh. So how are the Maplin's in your area doing? 5 days ago:
The one in Charlton became a Wilko.
That unit has a curse on it.
- Comment on Puberty blockers to be banned indefinitely for under-18s across UK 1 week ago:
No because this was clearly the wrong decision to come to.
#SorryNotSorry you can’t silence the LGBT community that easily.
- Comment on GCSEs and A-level exams in most subjects set to go onscreen by 2030 1 week ago:
Maybe the exams can finally happen in smaller classrooms so as to be less daunting to students. Only 20 keyboards clacking away.
- Comment on Heads up, don't link to the Guardian on 5/6 December 2 weeks ago:
Those are the correct dates. 5th and 6th are tomorrow and the day after.
- Comment on Heads up, don't link to the Guardian on 5/6 December 2 weeks ago:
GMT since the Guardian is a UK paper.

How’s that fascism going Italy?
- Comment on UK government announces tender for live facial recognition technology 2 weeks ago:
A reminder that no facial recognition technology has any greater level of accuracy than what you could come up with.
- Comment on Is the UK shut down during easter? 2 weeks ago:
It just means a few of the office workers get a 3 day weekend but London will be as busy as ever the whole time and nothing is completely off limits. If you find one place that happens to have closed for the day then there are 5 others nearby that will be open.

PETA’s only deal is raising awareness about the existence of PETA.
- Comment on Low turnout in the 2024 election may have been due to undecided voters being overwhelmed by choice 4 weeks ago:
Get this pro FPTP propaganda out of here. It’s very clear from the numbers that it was Tory voters who didn’t turn up and that makes me worried that this is a flash in the pan for labour.

What were they doing eating from Chick-fil-A in the first place?
- Comment on It's insidious 4 weeks ago:
Agatha Christie wrote one novel over and over!
Chefs make the same three dishes over and over.
4 chord songs!!!
Life gets really monotonous if you’re pessimistic enough.

- Comment on Poor governance at Mermaids amounted to mismanagement, inquiry reveals. 1 month ago:
“We have carefully scrutinised Mermaids’ activities through a statutory inquiry and have found mismanagement in a number of areas. Mermaids cooperated with our investigation and has been actively addressing the various concerns raised.
“Additionally, following the Cass Review, we have required Mermaids to present a more accurate picture on its website as to the risks involved in the use of puberty blockers, and to follow Cass Review findings on the involvement of parents in social transitioning as regards any future provision of chest binders to children.”
More TERF shit. This inquiry was started because of a hate campaign against trans people and the charity even cooperated to be as transparent as possible. The government is now imposing anti-trans rules on a pro trans charity akin to the teaching of creationism in the science curriculum across the pond.

I just copied the left half and pasted over the right half. But now I wonder what it would look like through those cardboard 3D lenses.

I don’t know where YOU live but Walmart is one of the biggest thieves in the USA. People working there still have to collect government assistance because they pay too little to live on.

Kendrick said he did on Not Like Us and so now it’s a meme, truth and weight of the situation be damned I guess.

- Comment on Anon doesn't like Shrek 3 months ago:
It famously wasn’t Disney. It was DreamWorks which was started by ex Disney employees and this is the first thing they did. The whole thing is taking the piss out of Disney’s fairytale storytelling and flipping their previous employer several middle fingers.
- Comment on King Charles banknotes go for 11 times face value 4 months ago:
Then there’s me with more sense than money. How did that happen?
- Comment on Many such cases 4 months ago:
Given that banks’ whole thing is transferring money you’d think they’d have got that sorted from the start but no.
