I use my blinker even when turning into my own driveway and the reason is simple:
The signal isn’t for me. It’s for others to know my intentions.
One major thing that makes driving with others safer is predictability and your blinkers can help with that.

My gaming sessions on my Steam Deck are about 1-2 hours around 2-3 times a week. It takes me about 4-6 months to finish an RPG.

I randomly decided to play a round of Tetris in Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 and ended up playing my best game ever of 715 lines with 54 minutes of play before losing. It was supposed to just be a quick 15 minute session but turned into something quite chaotic and fun!

American here. If I was at a mall here in the US and heard this kind of bragging I’d roll my eyes, too.
I was once trying to buy some snacks at a market and a person’s card was declined so they started bragging about how much money they had in the bank and that the store was wrong. Everyone just sighed and groaned around her.

When I went on the first few dates with my now-wife, I did not flirt with her as in try to tease her or do anything overtly sexual.
I honestly think I won her over because how enthusiastic I was about telling stories. She said I was so charming because of how passionate and animated I was while telling her about myself that she could see how confident and content I was.
Prior to meeting her at 35, I had never had a girlfriend and had only ever gone on 2 dates.

In Khmer, there’s a phrase “មិនដឹងខ្យល់” which literally translates to “Doesn’t know wind” as in they’re so dumb they don’t even know what wind is.
I guess it’s kind of like calling someone an air head but from a different angle.

This reminds me of this ice cream I used to buy as a kid called the Snow Storm. I’ve eaten over the years and one day the packaging slightly changed with a new emblem that stated now made with real ice cream. That’s when I started questioning all ice creams. Nowadays I’m more aware of ice cream as opposed to an frozen dessert or treat which a lot of “ice creams” now have on their packaging here at least in the US.
