Oooh, this sounds neat! I’m not who you were replying to, but I wanted to thank you for mentioning the Emerald Sea glass ROM hack! I hadn’t yet heard of it and I’m looking forward to checking it out.

Thank you for sharing this with us here. It was installed on my phone, too; I had no idea until I checked for it due to this article. I’ll have to let my mom know, too. I appreciate ya!
I’m sort of surprised it was installed on such an old, cheap phone on an older version of Android that hasn’t gotten updates in years. I don’t usually get any kind of updates like this (to my knowledge.) Bleh. I wish I had the resources to just use GrapheneOS or similar!

I’m genuinely surprised they hadn’t done it earlier.

Thank you for the heads up! I genuinely appreciate it. I usually click through links in articles like that. You helped me avoid seeing it when it really wouldn’t be good for me to. (I mean, not that it would ever be good to see, but especially so at the moment lol) I can be sensitive to stuff like that (even when I know that particular image isn’t real) for PTSD reasons and have trouble getting it out of my head. Thank you. 💖
That was very kind of you to give others the heads up that you didn’t get so that others didn’t have to see what you saw without being prepared.

They probably found it already censored like that, unfortunately. I keep seeing it more and more often in places where it’s just not necessary and makes no damn sense. That shit is unreasonably annoying to me for some reason, lol.

Since Beehaw isn’t federated with the instance you linked, I’ll paste the comment you linked here for anyone who doesn’t want to mess with opening it externally:
This article is based on a report from the Independent independent.co.uk/…/china-hypersonic-flights-spee… nowhere does it say they have completed a test flight.
The brand Space Transportation, also known as the company Beijing Lingkong Tianxing Technology, has released an animated video which shows how its proposed “space flights” might look

A ‘smash party’ could sound like some sort of euphemism, I suppose. I’m guessing that’s what they’re referring to. They’ve just got a much dirtier mind than the rest of us.
- Comment on Stop Wasting Pumpkins! 3 months ago:
It’s not like it’s one or the other. We need to improve in both of those areas.

I was thinking more like a 1Guy1Jar type of thing, but with a pumpkin. At least it won’t shatter into glass shards this time!
(I can still clearly hear the sound of the glass after all these years…)
