Rocket League cracked that for me, crazy ceiling on that game.
Crusader Kings III is gonna crack it eventually…

Why even go out of your way to spout that bs? Just say nothing, if you’re not about to say „shit, you’re right, no more PSN requirements on PC,“ you can only make it worse
- Comment on Fields of Mistria review: A boring, soulless Stardew reskin 2 weeks ago:
Everyone can have their own opinion, but I also encourage everyone to form their own opinion.
In my book the game‘s a fantastic 7/10 cozy game. I don‘t think the game‘s passionless at all. Every Friday evening I‘m in the bar checking what the townfolk is up to and the content is already enough for me to be satisfied for the ten-ish bucks I‘ve paid, the promise of future content is just the cherry on top.
I wouldn‘t recommend this over SDV to someone who hasn‘t played SDV yet, but for someone who‘s done with it, I‘d recommend giving Mistria a shot. Not every game has to be a 200 hours timesink for me, and an hour in Mistria before bed is really just cute, fun, and relaxing - a great cozy game.
- Comment on I don't think it's possible for me to complete this Steam achievement 2 weeks ago:
Some games just put in bs achievements like these to tempt people who care about that to cheat or waste their time to a degree that would make anyone shake their head.
I think achievements should be a framework that ensures the player has the ability to verify whether they have seen all the content the game has to offer (think secrets or easter eggs, hard to find sidequests) and as such had the full experience. You got platinum? You’ve seen it all, thanks for playing, see you in the next one! They shouldn‘t be frustrating or disrespectful to the players time.
Arguably even difficulty achievements aren‘t great in terms of accessibility, although I do understand that those are quite literally „achievements.“
This is just my own stance on them.

So this is a difficulty mod? From the title I thought it was like a Japanese practice mod or something lol
- Comment on Of course someone has Doom running on Nintendo Alarmo now 2 weeks ago:
Never update the firmware on devices you have no issues with (if you have the choice). I learned that the hard way when I updated my LG B2 this year and now it has VRR flicker at any framerate below its refreshrate… And ofc I can‘t downgrade.
Updates for big corporate stuff rarely come with useful features or improvements anyway, just with more ads.
I‘m ranting, apologies.
- Comment on Whatever happened to racing games 3 weeks ago:
I wish so many popular racing games weren‘t over 100 gb on average. Installing a couple on my 500 gb Deck is pain.
- Comment on Dragon Age: The Veilguard Reviews Are In — Is BioWare’s Back in a Big Way? 3 weeks ago:
Can someone give me a rundown on why there‘s so much negativity revolving around this? I saw the review thread and it seemed to have scored quite a few good reviews. I‘m not informed regarding the matter at all, the last Bioware game I‘ve played was Dragon Age 2, so I‘m genuinely clueless.

I came to Payday 3 from Payday - The Heist… It‘s such a surreal experience how there‘s two dozens cops surrounding you taking a turn at firing a bullet each while in PDTH you’d get lasered down by three of em lol
And managing armor sucks IMO

I like them cause they‘re simple and don‘t overshare. Just one screenshot and some tidbits about the game that are short to read where you can go „good for you, dude,“ drop a like and move on with your life lol
- Comment on Victory Heat Rally | Launch Trailer! 1 month ago:
Bought it and I hope they can fully support the deck‘s res in the future and get rid of the small glitches the deck has. Apart from that, it’s simple, neat little racer that I do recommend trying.
- Comment on Fields of Mistria is one of the most impressive games I've ever played 1 month ago:
I‘ve been playing it for like 12 hours so far, runs smooth on Deck, I’ve encountered no bugs so far, and I‘m not even in my first fall. If it didn‘t say early access, I wouldn‘t have been able to tell yet. I haven‘t regreted my purchase and it‘s honestly cheap even without a discount.
The camera scrolls so stupidly smooth it‘s a joy, played a bunch of pixel games lately and it‘s sadly not a given (Potion Permit and its random stutters and sudden CPU load increases).

Are they just cruel for fun? Do they think that out of all the gaming communities out there this community expects deadlines to be kept? If you opted into SC then you surely don‘t mind waiting, no?

I‘ve had this in my library for many years (Steam sale pile lol) and also started it recently. I‘m really bad with horror games so I don‘t play it much, but I think the ingame atmosphere held up really well while the cutscenes are super uncanny valley territory. I‘m hoping to 100% it eventually.

I’m sure we can be more open-minded and accept that people can enjoy the core gameplay loops of games that we don‘t personally enjoy without being addicted.
