Breach of contract is a civil action.

Gam*rs when their vidya isn’t creating an ocean’s worth of plastic waste.

Nintendo isn’t a competitor with Xbox and PlayStation. It’s effectively a separate market with only one participant.

I also only drink it black and have never had this happen to me.
- Comment on End of an era? 1 week ago:
I’m a diehard Marathon fan, I dumpster dived for an Apple to play the first two on when I was a kid. I can’t even try the new one because they purposefully broke it on Linux.

You’ll note I did not only specify bars and other commercial establishments, but also private parties at homes and in outdoor spaces.
It’s also extremely presumptive (and flat-out wrong) to assume I also don’t have hundreds of examples of this.
Finally, I’d draw your attention to the fact that I never said “red plastic” in reference to usage outside North America.
All in, you really suck at reading bud. You should also take a look at the way you process people disagreeing with you and your anger issues.
Have a nice day and maybe try to be better than you were yesterday.

Kind of weird to be simultaneously so aggressive and so wrong.
I’ve been served drinks in disposable plastic cups at bars and parties across Europe and Asia.

100%
Still call them “Solo cups,” though.

Hey, it’s still in aqueous solution.

There’s “for engineers” listed on there. This isn’t someone taking intellectually challenging and rigorous math courses. It’s training for trademanship. So, it makes sense that it wouldn’t make sense.

- Comment on Do "fixers" like Winston Wolfe in Pulp Fiction actually exist in real life? How does one go about getting one or hearing about one? Are they all mob connected or something? 3 weeks ago:
Michael Collins is a more true-to-life depiction of what a non-organized crime fixer does — making things go more smoothly with law enforcement or other monied interests.
- Comment on I still can't get over Skyrim. Are there any games that can replace it? 4 weeks ago:
There are a lot of good recommendations in here, but if you like Skyrim that much have you considered playing a total conversion of it? Enderal: The Shards of Order Is so different that is basically a completely new game, but within the concept of Skyrim, it’s engine, and a lot of its assets. Think the change from ocarina of time to majora’s mask, but even more extreme

Holy fuck, I’m going to need like 90% of the people in this thread to stop exhaling in public, which is going to be hard because I’m pretty sure there’s a large overlap with that group and mouth breathers.
- Comment on The Projected Truth 5 weeks ago:
Truth is entirely subjective because all observations are subjective.
- Comment on Why exactly are nursing aids paid so poorly? 5 weeks ago:
No, not really at all. Some of the more expensive ones are, but that’s only because there is a profit margin on the wealthiest kids and aged. The floor for cost of care is ridiculously high for both groups, so there’s no margin to be made at anything below the crème de la crème facilities.
- Comment on Why exactly are nursing aids paid so poorly? 5 weeks ago:
And, here’s the kicker, they’re not even very profitable. This is the case for both for the same reason caring for the elderly and the young is insanely expensive.

A condition with a prevalence rate of 0.8% is not worth thinking about, let alone considering in the context of a meme.

No, it isn’t.

Metal Garden was great. It’s short and mysterious with fine gameplay and weapon feel. Plus, I’m a sucker for a megastructure with an unknown past.

That’s odd, the entire first page of results is about the software when I just searched on Bing. The official site was the top result.
