Agreed. It’s already starting with scientists that leave the us and come to Europe, and I hope we’ll welcome more of you with open arms in the future. Unfortunately the anti immigrant sentiment is growing in Europe as well, so it’s really unclear.

I agree, that was really weird. But at least from what I saw nobody bat an eye in the grand scheme of things.

It’s easier to roll into an underdeveloped nation than into the nation with the biggest military (and economy I think?) in the world!
Best we can do from the outside right now is help you guys help yourselves, by showing you that the last choice was a bad one so you may make a better choice next time. At least that’s all we can do officially and publicly.
- Comment on HELP! How do I help educate my son about his body when I know nothing about boys?? 5 weeks ago:
Tbh if he masturbates with headphones in the same house as his mother, it’s an important lesson to learn to always keep one ear open for potential knocks. 🤭
Maybe warn him about that so he can avoid the potential trauma

a relatively safe city […] 37.8 murders per million
Ignoring that in 1632 it might’ve been easier for murder to go undetected, here are the numbers of present day London. It’s about 13.1 mpm, even lower than in 1632, about a third of present day New York.

America is not really a shining example when it comes to those things…

Ohh right, you never put the loot on your ship. That makes sense

I’m missing the part where you got your loot back.
Also, if you’re a 2 man galleon, that’s on you lol.

It is indeed

I liked egg inc for a while, if you’re looking for clicker type games.
Other than that I can recommend
- Stardew Valley
- Peglin
- Sudoku
- Nanograms
- Dungeon Village 1 & 2
Multiple of these are paid, but I’m 100% on board with paying a small amount for an app rather than paying a multiple of that for in-game Battlepasses and whatevers.
It annoys me a lot to say this, but Netflix has some excellent games in their roster. So if you have a Netflix subscription, check those out. I personally very much enjoyed
- Storyteller
- Into the Breach
But they also have ports of some very good PC games like Spiritfarer, Terra Nil or World of Goo.

Yeah, that’s fair.

As a German I can say it’s quite accurate, though I’d expect most Germans to prefer Remoulade over Mayonnaise.

That’s… What, 35M a year? Seems low for such a big company.
- Comment on Do you use the swipe to type feature on your phone? 1 year ago:
I tend to swipe (on Android btw) whenever I only have one hand available, and type when I have both. It works really well and barely ever comes up with a wrong with.
