Most organized companies will do a deep cleaning to form a clean baseline, or let you add on extras per session to address when you need. Usually it’s hourly based with a minimum time requirement. If you don’t need them to do something, it might work out to be cheaper if doing it would have put you over the minimum time.
If you find a self employed cleaning person, they are likely to be more flexible and able to handle the odd tasks like tidying up or handling laundry. Fyi we won’t get the first wing of the XI ally raid until 7.1 (3ish months after 7.0, so September/October/November 2024) and even then it will only be one third of the total story. Totally fine if you still sub, but you might not get much value out of it until 7.3 with the second wing some time in 2025

Similarly, make sure if you use any conditioner that it is silicone free. Sulfates also exist in shampoo to strip built up silicones from the hair, so if you’re removing sulfates, you’ll miss removing the silicones. Silicones can be any compound that ends in -cone.
