Yes, I try to buy things second hand but if it’s not possible to get it that way I usually resort to one of the local stores or AliExpress.

90% procent of products on Amazon are from AliExpress dropshippers anyway

- I don’t know what this whole tangent about Chinese cars is about. Those are electric too?
The US and EU is imposing tariffs on Chinese EV’s to prevent competition with their domestic companies. It seems Adam is displeased because he blames the disadvantage of the car companies in the US and EU on them not innovating and investing in EV technology. He also seems to think that the US and EU should have invested more in domestic EV production.
I don’t entirely disagree but I also feel like not protecting the domestic EV market at all would be a bad idea, since no companies would be left to compete in the future.

Could you reduce the clickbaityness of the title?
You could for example take the first line of the description:
A deeper dive into men’s silent battle with beauty expectations.

I didn’t expect to see this today. NSFW does not cover the cruelty on display. I know this is the easy option, to simply hide it while the war continues, but I will be removing this post for the sake of preventing unexpectedly exposing others.
Over the past few months, I’ve seen a lot of people wanting to discuss, show and share their frustration with the current events in Gaza and the other nearby regions where Palestines reside in. I suggest opening one, or perhaps several communities dedicatd to this topic.

too bad - that you leached on your senior collaborators who did ALL and every intellectual part of the project - all for your credit; you are what I call an instagram scientist - too bad for science that such people who do any third-rate cheating act for publicity - like Katie Bouman exists
Seems like somebody is unhappy with her being chosen
