This seems like a tough case to win in court. Patents usually don’t hold up when you’re dealing with obvious stuff.

Also, garden hoses are not braided steel. You would need to aggressively twist a toilet’s feed line to kink.
This thing is fine. I’ve installed a ton of toilets and sinks, and I have looping water lines that have looked like this for decades and worked just fine.

That isn’t a kink, it’s a clean loop and that line should be absolutely fine.
This is what a proper kink looks like. The walls of the hose touch and prevent the flow of water.

Been around since the early 00’s, and it’s basically backwards celexa, which came out in the late 90’s.
Doctors like it because they have decades of experience with the medication, it’s be researched a ton, and they and know exactly when and how to use it effectively.
