There was a documentary about rats on Netflix I think and there was a segment about rat hunting terriers. There was a pack of them on a farm and they were just ripping those rats apart. Completely vicious like fighting over rats.

Romanian deadlifts fixed my back problems. Sedentary people have weak hamstrings and glutes and tend to bend at the lower back instead of hinging at the hips. Romanian deadlifts will strengthen these muscles and teach you better body mechanics.
