  Lol yeah, that’s rough, those big blinds really escalate towards the end.

  I knew this one wasn’t going anywhere, was just surprised it got as far as it did. I got very lucky with straights and very unlucky with jokers.

  I’ve had one run earlier on, maybe around green or black that had Bull, cloud 9, rocket, blueprint and hologram. I don’t remember what ante it got up to, but I think it was around 3mil per hand, so if I can ever pull that setup again I’ve got a shot on plasma.

  Nah, that -$ is from whatever boss takes a dollar per card played, I am blanking on the name. Every round was using every discard and hand to just barely squeak by so that boss sent me down to -20

  Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t there a pause feature in most souls-like games? Or is this because its the boss battles that take up the most time and pausing in those is a death sentence?

  Sorry if this is a newby question, I don’t play souls-like games. I’ve tried, they just are not for me.

  I’ve been having so much fun lately using shit like this to add a little spice to the games I’ve been playing.

  Now, I’m a complete sucker for overpowered MC energy in any media I consume. So it makes sense that getting to personally act out that power fantasy appeals to me. As with most art/entertainment, not everyone will get the same enjoyment out of doing this that I do. But that’s ok! It’s why I love single player games, those that want to have the vanilla experience and work within the rules can, and those that want to cheese the system and goof around can too, and no one is worse off for it!

  I’m rocking a 14 year old CPU (3570k), 16gb of DDR3 and a gtx1070 (non-ti).

  I was so god damn stoked to build a new machine this year, only to watch first ddr5 then ddr4 soar our of my price range…

  Now even the used stuff around me is jumping in price, with mobo cpu ram deals getting scooped up only for the ram to pop back up at twice the price the next day.

  Fuck AI.
