By default, they are already synced by the subtitle creator. I have only had to modify probably 2 videos ever, in my life.
The rule of thumb is: don’t mess with the syncing. It’s already fine.

Are you joking? Getting quality contractors (or doing it yourself) is quite a bit of work and often quite expensive. It’s exponentially worse if other people are tearing your shit up because they don’t care about other people’s stuff.
You shouldn’t take this as ‘don’t buy your own home’, but I can’t fathom where you thought properly maintaining a home isn’t difficult or expensive. Go lookup prices on how much installing a new roof, AC, kitchen cabinets, or flooring is.

Everything very much so depends on your personal preferences, but quite a number of people really like purple states. These states have moderate politics and thus moderate policies. You don’t get the extremes of lots or little assistance, lots or little taxes, lots or little x, y, and z. Obviously every state in the group is different, and even within the state there is large variation.
New Hampshire, Arizona, New Mexico, Wisconsin, Maine, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, Minnesota (Note, I have not specifically investigated every one of these states. Researching thousands of laws in dozens of states is quite a lot of work for a comment like this)

I’ve got quite a bit of experience with Linux and I manage a home server, , but that probably doesn’t differentiate me much
It 100% does if you target small companies. Think 10-30 man shows where an ‘IT department’ is a luxurious dream. In that company you wear many hats and having IT/devops experience as a programmer is a big deal.
