  OK thanks for the detail. I actually have the “visual snow” didn’t know it was called that. But I don’t suffer any of the symptoms of the syndrome. I always assummed people just saw like that at night time. But I read that it is 2% of the population only.

  Thanks. It wasn’t runners high as I was in a state of inertia at the time and never jog really. However reading about runners high in more detail let me connect some dots about other things and is letting me think of ways to achieve and maintain it.

  It’s not drugs nor is it a brain problem. It only happened twice in my life and those events were separated by years.
