Ballotpedia has a State and Local Election Calendar

Some interesting ones to watch would be Florida in December and the Miami General Runoff on November 18th.

I kind of wrote Square Enix off years ago, but I'm definitely not buying anything they make in the future.

The clan [redacted] is also agnostic so at least he's on the right track. I'll think about it a bit.

I think I need some additional info.
Does my son do what I ask? Will he call me on weekends after he moves out? Will he honor the clan [redacted]?

It's unfortunate that we live in a world where AI is costing us, but that's the fact of it.

AI uses the Em dash at an extremely high frequency compared to a normal human, because it's common in literature before the age of computers for writing documents and the AI are trained on literature.

I don't care if it's real or not, I think we should ban this one on pure principle.

Gabe's gonna have a headache to deal with soon. Maybe this is why they took down the TF2 item servers? To reduce liability.
This is unironically one of the cases where using a Blockchain actually would have made sense.

It's pretty common. Finger length differences are decided by a mix of genetics, gene expression, and testosterone levels during fetal and early development.
It's actually considered a feminine trait to have even length fingers, but it's totally normal to see in men as well.

I mean I did marry, just never Serana.
To be completely honest, the game was bugged on my old machine so I took 11 years to beat it, and then when it came time to do the DLCs I just sort of waded through it like a chore.
- Comment on Anon plays Skyrim 2 weeks ago:
I honestly had no idea Serana was NOT marriageable. I never attempted it.

I set up a 24/7 Zombie Survival Factorio Server and shared all the files and mods on my discord so everybody could play without needing authentication or worrying about version mismatch, but I'm starting to think nobody is going to play it with me.
I'll have to get out my trusty nail pulling battery pliers.

If you don't believe a communist (or other non-capitalist) country exists then you have to admit that it's a population problem.
If you do believe a communist (or other non-capitalist) country exists then you have to admit that it's a population problem in those countries as well.
The very clear and obvious fact of the matter is more people will pollute more, less people will pollute less.

Raising a kid done right is a societal gain/benefit
Not true. Even if you assume everyone with a professional or doctorate degree, roughly 2.2% of the US population I don't have data for other nations, then you would still have to conclude that the amount of scarcity and damage done to climate and ecosystem is less than their marginal benefit for each individual person.
Another 16 children are being born every second globally at the moment, the world population is still rising and the consequences continue to get more and more extreme every single moment. The vast majority of those children are going to live and die as a net negative to the tune of >90%.
I think Empathy is the exact opposite of what you and anon are displaying. Empathy's root words mean "suffering together" while you ignore the suffering being caused and instead defend irrational instinctual behaviors.

I don't include procreation, no matter how "healthy and proper" a relationship, on the same level as noticeable impact or becoming a part of recorded culture, nor even at the level of minor community improvement.
I'm a consequentialist, short term satisfaction or pleasures are of zero inherent value unless they aid in the production of longterm gains or advancements for all people.
It's almost like people expect medal for deciding not to use a condom.
- Comment on Anon is forever alone 2 weeks ago:
It feels weird that your argument is "this world is devoid of suffering." I just can't accept that as good faith.
- Comment on Anon is forever alone 2 weeks ago:
I understand desire for human connections and life goals, I just don't understand envy for marriage and children. Those should result from a good thing going on, not be a primary motivator.

I'll see your indescribable emotion and raise you another:
I do not and have never empathized with this mindset. I understand wanting to help people and have a support network, but pairing up and breeding, like animals, to create an ever increasing amount of suffering just doesn't do it for me.
- Comment on OpenAI cracks down on Sora 2 deepfakes after pressure from Bryan Cranston, SAG-AFTRA 2 weeks ago:
I like Bryan Cranston. Great guy.
When he played the role of Hal in Malcolm in the Middle the writers spent an entire season writing scenarios for "what can't Hal do?" and they eventually gave up because Bryan Cranston nailed every scenario they threw at him culminating in an epic Roller Disco dance sequence. Then, they spent an entire season trying to figure out "what WON'T Hal do?" Again, they failed, and we got a scene of Bryan wearing a suit made entirely of Bees, majestically.

- Comment on You never missed anything important 2 weeks ago:
Definitely not true, though. I don't have any numbers but I would wager global slavery, as a percentage, has declined since 1876 with some bumps in the trend during WWII, as well as after the USSR and CCP took power respectively, when US privatized prisons, and when North Korea started existing and being awful.
