  Well tbf anyone communicating with this “influencer” is part of the problem. Mind your own business and move on, she is likely doing all that bollocks for attention anyway. Besides can’t argue with her comment, most people who watch her content probably are incels masturbating over her. She knows what she is doing and rightly or wrongly it is clearly working.
