I genuinely love laundry so I’m not sure I’m the best person to comment but here are a few suggestions:
- as others have said, get a set of drawers so that you can just chuck different clothing items in different drawers. If there’s no space for that you could get some storage containers/baskets for smaller items in your closet.
- Try rolling up your clothes rather than folding them. This is often recommended for packing but I always do it. It saves space and you can roll a bunch of clothes quickly and they’re easy to move from where you’re folding to the wardrobe. Scotland can stand up to the UK government’s pro-AI stance and say no to data centres in our communities!

The Black and White Minstrel Show is a British light entertainment show on BBC prime-time television that ran from 1958 to 1978. The weekly variety show presented traditional American minstrel and country songs, as well as show tunes and music hall numbers, lavish costuming and often with cast members in blackface.

The experiences trans men and women have with misogyny will never not be fascinating to me. Like, for the first time ever we have this huge sample size of people who have experienced how their gender presentation affects how people interact with them, giving tangible proof of misogyny in action. And it can’t just be swept aside with ‘MaYbE tHe wOmEn JuSt miSuNDerStOoD’ or ‘mAYbe tHe mAN diDN’t MeAn iT LiKE tHaT’. I mean idiots will still make idiot arguments but at least it chips away at them a little bit.
